Construction Profit Blueprint
The blueprint is a paid product that can accelerate your progress.
I’ve done traditional training sessions.
What usually happens is someone will go through a contract. And you take notes. But sometimes you're on a course and your team are having problems on site. So, you're distracted and you might not pay attention.
But even if you did pay attention, there may only be one or two points that relate to your current situation. Different issues will arise later down the line. But the people who teach the courses are never around when you experience problems.
So, I wanted to come up with something different that addresses this. Instead of telling you what you should do, I'm showing you what I do. I'm showing you what works whether you are on the biggest project or the smallest.
The modules in the programmes can be worked through in your own time. This means that you can go through the training whenever you need it. You can go through payment training when you want to get paid. And you can go through the change management training when access to your works has been delayed.
So, on the change management side, I go through real-life common examples. We go through a project where the start on site has been delayed. I show you the exact wording I use to notify the event as a variation. And I give you a swipe file with lots of examples of notifications.
This programme provides the nine tools you need to manage your projects.
The first 3 are tender-related
The next 3 are contract management
The last 3 are change management.
Each module includes a training video and templates and files to get you started.
Construction Profit Community
You will also get access to our online community, where we work together to grow successful businesses.
This is a community for small/medium contractors and subcontractors.
It's designed to help you double your profits.
What I've realised is, if you want to double your profits you need to be able to solve every problem.
To use a construction example, if you're building a house you can't treat one trade as being more important than another.
The foundations, the brickwork, the windows, the roof. They are all required.
You can't build a house unless you have all the trades.
So, this community is designed to solve every problem you might encounter.
Why did I develop the blueprint?
I started my career working for a small groundworks subcontractor.
I was on site on my own. I had a QS degree but none of it was of any use. If I encountered issues, I had no-one to ask for advice. The company did not have a commercial structure.
So then I left and worked with some of the bigger firms. I’ve led commercial teams on £100 million projects. I’ve led change management teams on £1billion projects. I’ve done the work.
So I know what works for the biggest companies on the biggest projects. I know what best practice is. And I’ve tried it all out for the smallest companies on the smallest projects. I’ve distilled what works to the basic principles.
In a nutshell, I want to bring best commercial practice from the top contractors to the smaller firms.
The blueprint is designed to help as many companies as possible.

The total value of the programme is £11,470. But I want 12 months in the programme to be cheaper than paying me £1,500 for a 1-day training session.
If you're struggling with commercial issues this is the place to go. The programme is really well put together, mixing fundamental principles and actionable advice across a range of relevant topics. Highly recommended.
